Refund Policy

Therefore, we have designed a straightforward and customer-friendly Return Policy to ensure your shopping experience remains hassle-free and enjoyable. This policy applies to all our product categories.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  1. Time Frame: Your item must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  3. Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange Process

  1. Initiate a Exchange: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at zoomeroutfit@gmail.com or call us at 03202-746022. Provide your order Id and the reason for the Exchange.
  2. Approval: Once your Exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for the Exchange shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds on Exchange

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-4 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as when an item is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges Criteria

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or Size Issue. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at zoomeroutfit@gmail.com and contact us on our WhatsApp with your Id and the exchange issue.
